:: The Abstracts::

The GAW 9 Organizing Committee will consider all abstracts submitted to the Conference by January, 15th., 2008. Abstracts must be relevant to one of the Conference themes indicated in the conference circular, and authors are requested to indicate the topic under which their abstract should be evaluated by the referees. The final session titles and paper allocation will be made by the Committee at the time of the final program composition.

Titles should be short (maximum 90 positions) and relevant. Papers must be original and must not have appeared in any other publication. Abstracts must be in two languages; Arabic and English or French, and limited to 300 words. No line drawings or electronic artwork will be accepted.

In order to ensure publication in the Abstracts booklet, authors should submit their abstract through the GAW 9 website at www.gaw.cu.edu.eg (or by email) as a Word or PDF file.

Participants for oral or poster presentations should register and send fees by January 15th. 2008 to avoid cancellation of their abstract from the Program and Abstracts volume.

Posters

Authors who prefer this kind of presentation should specify this in the preliminary questionnaire, and when submitting the abstract. Each convener will seek to maximize participation and discussion in the poster session. The size of the posters will be indicated in the Second Circular.
